Questions, answered

Do I need a card to sign up?: No. Creating an account and a workspace doesn't ask for payment details. You choose a plan from the Billing page when you're ready, and card details are entered with Stripe.
What currency am I billed in?: US dollars, monthly, through Stripe. The records you manage in Optreum Ops can use any currency, and South African rand is the default.
How do I change or cancel my plan?: Workspace owners manage the plan from Settings → Billing. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?: You can still open and edit your existing records. Creating new data, such as importing, is paused until the subscription is active again.
Is there a limit on how many people can use it?: Plans are per workspace and you can invite teammates with viewer, member, admin or owner roles.
Can I bring my data from another system?: Yes: export it as a CSV, TSV or text file (up to 10 MB or 20,000 rows) and use the import wizard to map the columns.
