Build a training module from video lessons, add a quiz to each, and let your team work through it in order. When someone finishes, they get a certificate, and so does the record.
What you can do
- Modules made of lessons, each with a YouTube or Vimeo video and its own quiz
- Lessons unlock one at a time: the next opens only when the quiz for the one before is passed
- Quizzes are marked on the server and the correct answers are never sent to the browser
- A certificate with a unique reference when a module is finished, ready to print or save as a PDF
- The learner and their manager are emailed when someone completes a module
- A certificate can be opened by its owner, their managers and admins, and by no one else
- Once certificates have been issued, a module can only be hidden, never deleted, so the records stay
Good to know
- A lesson is passed when every answer is right. A wrong answer is flagged, but the right one is never shown.
- Videos must be on YouTube or Vimeo. There are no expiry dates or renewal reminders for certificates yet.
